I had a memorable stay at the hotel with its wonderful location directly at the seashore, but it definitely needs refurbishment. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, and the staff was welcoming, although some were a bit rude, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy my time, being right by the seashore and close to all the attractions in Ordu.
